Zero new infections recorded for third time in May

Health officials on Sunday reported zero new Covid infections for the third time this month.

The Centre for Health Protection added that five previous patients, who were thought to have caught the virus in the SAR, were probably imported cases.

It said it made the discovery after reviewing clinical data from the four domestic helpers and a construction worker.

The number of confirmed coronavirus infections in the SAR stands at 11,837.
