Three building lockdowns find 122 Covid infections

The government on Thursday found 122 new Covid-19 infections after locking down three buildings in Tin Shui Wai, Kwun Tong and Sha Tin.

The authorities tested a total of 3,364 residents at Shing Chuen House in Tin Shing Court, Tsui Heng House at Tsui Ping (South) Estate, and Sun Kit House in Sun Chui Estate.

Shing Chuen House saw nine positive cases from around 710 residents who took the tests.

The 1,410 people at Tsui Heng House had 56 cases between them, and 57 of 1,244 tested residents at Sun Kit House were positive for Covid.

The government said 188 households did not answer the door when officials visited them during the lockdown operations.
