Seven Covid cases found in overnight lockdown

Health officials have found seven preliminary positive Covid-19 cases following an overnight lockdown of a residential block in Kwai Chung.

The infections were found among around 1,080 residents at Kwai Shun House, Kwai Fong Estate, who were tested overnight.

Authorities said officers also knocked on 517 doors in the building, and 89 did not answer the door. The government will take follow-up action.
