Overnight lockdowns in Tin Shui Wai, Kwun Tong

The government on Sunday locked down two blocks in Tin Shui Wai and a building in Kwun Tong overnight.

Shing Yuk House and Shing Chun House in Tin Shing Court, and Choi Lok House in Choi Fook Estate in Kwun Tong were locked down after the virus was found in sewage samples.

Officials said they aim to complete the operations by 1pm on Monday.

Meanwhile, a handful of people tested positive for Covid in two separate overnight lockdowns in Tsing Yi and Kowloon Bay.

474 people from Block 9 of Richland Gardens in Kowloon Bay were tested, and four tested positive.

In Tsing Yi, three out of 769 residents of Hong Wing House in Cheung Hong Estate tested positive.

The two buildings were sealed off for testing on Saturday after sewage samples taken from the blocks tested positive for the coronavirus.
