New vaccination centres to open next week

Three new vaccination centres will starting taking reservations on Monday.

The government announced on Saturday that the new centres would be located at Tuen Mun Town Hall, Wo Hing Playground in Fanling, and Sha Tin Town Hall.

The ones in Tuen Mun and Fanling will start serving the public from February 16, while the Shatin centre will begin operating on February 18.

Walk-in tickets will be available for those who are 60 or above.

The new centres will each offer more than a thousand BioNTech jabs each day.

They will remain open for six weeks.
