Minibus driver dies, three hurt in crash

The driver of a green minibus has died after the vehicle hit three passers-by and crashed into a taxi stand in Fanling late on Monday.

The male driver is thought to have lost control of the minibus on Wo Mun Street, outside Luen Wo Hui Market, at about 10pm.

He was rushed unconscious to North District Hospital, where he was later declared dead.

The three passers-by, who included a 12-year-old boy, were taken to the same hospital with minor injuries.
