Man charged for trafficking HK$100m worth of meth

Police said they have charged a man for trafficking dangerous drugs, after officers seized over HK$100 million worth of ice in a shop in Hung Hom on Friday.

He will appear in Kowloon City Magistracy for mention on Monday.

Detectives said they stopped and searched the 21-year-old man after he left a shop at a shopping centre in Hung Hom.

They said the drugs they found weighed around 200kg in total and had a street value of HK$132 million.
