Legco primaries case adjourned until November 29

West Kowloon Court on Thursday adjourned the national security case against 47 people charged over Legco primary polls until November 29.

The defendants are accused of conspiracy to commit subversion.

Journalist-turned-activist Gwyneth Ho had her application for bail rejected by national security judge Peter Law.

She was remanded in custody along with 32 of her co-defendants, while the other 14 had their bail extended.
