HK to have 5 more quarantine hotels from December

The number of designated quarantine hotels will go up from 35 to 40 in December to meet what’s expected to be higher demand during the holiday season.

The government unveiled on Tuesday the list of hotels for incoming travellers between December and February, covering Christmas, New Year and the Lunar New Year holidays.

The five new hotels are the iclub Fortress Hill Hotel, O’Hotel in Kowloon City, the Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West, the Lanson Place Causeway Bay and the Holiday Inn Golden Mile in Tsim Sha Tsui. Prices range from HK$500 per night for a single bedroom to HK$8,199 for a suite.

The overall number of rooms available will go up to 11,500 from about 10,000 at the moment.
