HK records three imported Covid infections

The Centre for Health Protection on Monday reported three new imported Covid cases.

One involved a 24-year-old man who flew in from Egypt on Thursday.

He was found to be carrying the more infectious L452R mutant strain during his quarantine at the Ramada Hong Kong Grand in Tsim Sha Tsui.

The other two patients were a man, 27, and a boy, 3, who arrived from Turkey on Friday.

None of them showed any symptoms.
