Four preliminary cases found in overnight lockdowns

Health officials said on Sunday that four preliminary positive Covid-19 cases were found in overnight lockdowns on four blocks in Kwai Chung Estate.

Two of them were from Nga Kwai House, one lived in Yuk Kwai House, and one lived in Chin Kwai House.

No cases were found from Hiu Kwai House.

Authorities said the patients were among nearly six thousand residents tested overnight.

Officers also knocked on more than 3,000 doors and said about 410 households did not answer.

The blocks are near Yat Kwai House, which is being locked down for five days after over a hundred residents were found with the coronavirus.

The government had also on Saturday night put Ying Kwai House under lockdown for five days.
