Covid patient dies at United Christian Hospital

The Hospital Authority on Monday said a 67-year-old man with Covid-19 had died at the United Christian Hospital in Kwun Tong.

The authority said the man had been admitted on September 1 and had since been taken out of isolation.

The man had remained in hospital but his condition worsened. He died on Sunday, bringing the total number of Covid-related deaths in public hospitals to 205.

Separately, health officials reported one imported Covid case on Monday, a man who had flown in from Qatar.
